There are quite a few things that are awesome about a small town parade. One is that nearly half the town walks in it, and another thing is that most of the other half comes out to watch.
These two were so happy getting ready to leave for the parade.

Towards the end of the parade there are several stops where the Boy Scouts salute, one of them is an Unknown Soldier.

I wish I had a better photo of the Congregational Church below on the left. It's lovely.
The parade ended at Town Hall where several speakers spoke and the high school marching band played some more tunes.
It was a great morning.
